Maillette Lavender is Lavandula Vera, which means "true lavender." The scent profile is sweeter than Grosso lavender with no camphor. It is very good for potpourri and sachets. The best way to use Maillette is in the kitchen to add floral essences to fruit preserves, pound cake, and breads. It pairs very well with any recipe calling for lemons. Add some to your next herbal concoction or tea to enjoy the calming effects. We harvest our buds by hand at the peak of the season.
